1. Eligibility for Returns

You can return products within 14 days of receiving your order if they meet the following conditions:
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
The item includes proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
The item is not listed as a non-returnable product (see Section 3).

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:
Contact our support team at sales@vendarabox.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons, including:
Opened or used kitchen items
Perishable goods (e.g., food-related items)
Customized or personalized items
Clearance or final sale items

4. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Partial refunds may be granted if an item shows signs of use or is returned outside the return period.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).

5. Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at sales@vendarabox.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

6. Order Cancellations & Modifications

Cancellations – Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
Modifications – Address or item changes must be requested within 24 hours.
